June 24-29, 2023

The 33rd Annual International Cannabinoid Research Society Symposium on the Cannabinoids

The International Cannabinoid Research Society is delighted to announce that our 33rd annual ICRS Symposium will be held from June 24-29, 2023 – in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, at the Marriott Toronto Eaton Centre. We are pleased to be offering our meeting in a hybrid-type format – both LIVE and recorded for asynchronous participation – enabling us to continue to provide access to a broader audience.

Toronto is situated in one of the world’s most diverse cities and we acknowledge that where we meet has, for thousands of years, been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Haudenosaunee, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to meet on this land.

The conference venue – Toronto – is a vibrant city of 6.3 million people, and one of the major travel hubs for Canada for both international and domestic travel. The downtown core is well connected by transit from the airport and for rail transit from other provinces. In anticipation of your arrival in Toronto, your ICRS2023 Organizing Team has secured extremely competitive rates for accommodations at the Marriott Toronto Eaton Centre meeting venue. This location is central to both the downtown core and to the University of Toronto and its affiliate research centres and institutes, as well as to major tourist activities and restaurants.
Our Organizing Committee is scheduling an exciting programme for our 33rd Symposium:
  • 75+ Oral Presentations – 12 min each, live and recorded/streaming HD video.
  • 5 Plenary Presenters – 1hr each, live and recorded/streaming HD video.
  • 200+ Poster Presentations – presented during 3, 2-hour poster sessions, with live Q&A.
  • Plus, trainee and delegate roundtables, discussions, and sponsored events.
  • Unprecedented access, on-site and via our virtual site, to key sponsors and exhibits.
Keeping with tradition, this year too the ICRS conference serves as a window into cannabinoid research. During the conference seasoned researchers and young cannabinoid students alike have the opportunity to share their work with one another. Join Us!
